Nieuweboats orders are delivered within 2-5 days, we will contact you if this date is greater, .

When the order is offered and you are not at home, you will receive more information by e-mail about where your package is or you will find a delivery reference in your mailbox. Your order will be offered again or the order will be delivered to your neighbors. It is also possible that the delivery person offers the package at the nearest PostNL depot. You will always receive a reference from the courier about what will happen with your order.

If a product is not in stock, this is indicated with the product and the expected delivery time. We try to express this as precisely as possible.

Because we offer almost the entire Mercury, Mercruiser and Yamaha range online, the delivery time for some products may be longer than you normally expect. It is not possible to link the stock of these brands to our own stock. Therefore, you may have to wait longer than we would like to receive the ordered products. If the delivery time of a product is greater than indicated, we will try to contact you within 24 hours to indicate it and discuss the options in terms of alternatives or partial delivery.

With an order under €250, - the product with the longest delivery time determines when we ship your order. With an order over €250, we will send you the product that is not in stock, free of charge. In both cases, of course, you will receive an email from us with the product that is not in stock and what is the expected delivery time.
