You can leave your personal data via the nieuweboats.com website for an order in our webshop or, for example, a contact form. We only use personal data for the purpose for which it was entered. In the case of an order, we will only use your data for the correct execution of the contract and in the case of a completed contact form, we will only use your data to adequately answer the question.
Data to process orders
For orders we ask for: name, address (billing address, delivery address), email address, phone number and payment details. All of this information is necessary to process your order. If you have to provide us with the aforementioned data, this will be done in a secure environment. Your data will also be stored only in a secure environment.
If you do not want us to keep this data, you can indicate this to your contact person or by sending an email to info@nieuweboats.com or by calling our office and asking for the Data Protection Officer. We will delete all personal data in our possession upon first request.
Security of your personal data

We do not provide personal data to third parties outside of the EU and we only provide personal data to third parties when it is necessary for our business operations. Think about taking care of financial management or newsletters and invitations.
